Aaah... the challenges in life, such as what to create for a woman that is creative herself. And not only that ... shows in her blogs the many facets of her existence.
Well here it is... and yes, as usual I leave the good stuff out, so the owner of the book will not see the whole picture. But I will reveal that I made it in acrylics and ink on paper... One could take pleasure in mysteries...
This 10 by 10 Project is really wonderful! I look forward to seeing this when we can see it all---after she see's it of course...! What a fun Challange!
Ily is right, I love it!!!!! It's wonderful, and you can't fool me, that's a Shay/Joan hangin'around the cosmos if I ever saw one! I can't wait to see it, and it might just end up on my wall. Thank you, Monique! You so rock!
PS--I laughed at your comment on my post for the moms. :-)
Peeking behind the stars, I see a beautiful portrait of an amazing woman. Beautifully done, Holland. And I'm glad Shay can't see the whole picture until she sees it firsthand - lucky lady!
Talon: There are only a couple more people in front of her, adding their work to it as well, before she gets her book back. I think she will be pleased with all inside.
Wow!! That's really gorgeous! I can't wait to see this one in person. You are so super talented. I hope you like what I did in your book (it's going out to Carmen tomorrow). I remembered you saying you prefer my black and white work! I've posted a picture of it on my blog but, as always, I put the entire thing on view.
